Yeah I used Dragon White and several coats of it. But I primed first. I find it helps a lot when you prime. It makes the color brighter. I made the green mixing green and alittle black to darken it as close as I can get to the comic book pic. I did the white first then the green then I touched up the white to make the lines as straight as possible. The cape was actually easier then the figure. The paint seem to just smooth straight for me. I am glad you like it. I added the white on a few strands on her back to give it a more natural look as well. My classic Rogue should be up in a couple of days I finish scuplting her yesterday and will start painting tonight. I can't wait to see how she will come out. She looks awesome not painted all ready. But I will have to keep her since I have every single toy figure of her except the ML Rogue. But I will have that soon enough lol
