MAN-I love me some Magneto. I just do. If I could be anyone in the Marvel Universe--it would be him.

And YES, I would try to take over the world...LOL!

Anyway, since I CAN'T be him, I MADE him. Took the OMAC, and chopped off his Gladiator mohawk, and sculpted some hair. Then I took some foil, layered it over his head (when the sculpted hair dried) and sculpted his helmet onto it. The layers of foil can be peeled out of the helmet when it dries and this allows 'slip' room to be built in to the helm so it can be removable. You have to run a file around the inside though, to smooth it.

I painted him black, then dry-brushed a purple, pearlescent color on top of that (not sure the pics capture how it looks up close). Painted gunmetal on the forearm guards, boots, belt, and helmet. Outlined the mask in Red, and slapped on a nice, Kryptonian-style, flowing cape. I wanted majesty with my menace.

Is this Magneto's Wedding cape? I mean he has a trail of cape behind him what happens when as he is walking it gets snagged on a rock? OHhhh I know this is the death of magneto cape rock catches and he chokes to death. LOL Ok enough mean jokes LOL This is an awesome fig it looks really amazing other than the super long cape. Why do characters wear capes again???

Very nice bro! Your idea for using foil as a separator between the head and the sculpted helmet is basically what I did for my RETURNS Keaton (except I used Saran Wrap)

Does the Saran Wrap come completely off after the scultp dries? The foil sometimes sticks up on the inner top of the helmets. Your Keaton Batman is MONEY, by the way! -Fitz
