Wow! Scary!

Thanks samurai, yeah that was a big thing in his construction. I wanted realism and something different. I always hated those eyebrows and weird spacesuits and such. I wanted him to be frightening, someone who looked the part he played. I did a lot of research on Nazi uniforms and I think I will be doing another version in a different Nazi outfit...hmmmm.....

Now this is a Red Skull that's inkeeping with what I relate to the character - hateful Nazi nutter with a peeled, muscle exposed red skull face and a black SS Uniform
This is seriously awesome man - its such a really scary looking red skull - It gives me the slight collywobbles
I know theres been a comment or two about the neck being a bit on the long side -
Now while I see their point - I have (in my research on the matter for a story I'm writing) a picture of a few gestapo officers and some of them are "pegheads" - really long necks - it happens in life
Another example is one of the principle Nazi officers in Raiders Of The Lost Ark (the melty face dude t the end) has a "peghead"
this slightly disproportional anatomy also lends to the REALITY of this piece - not all Nazis were bull necked bullyboys - and this gives the very unsettling "face" on this redskull a gangly and more sadistically undead appearance like his facial atrophy hasnt stopped at his body,,,
Personally, I agree with Enigma - definitely one of the best Red Skull customs I have ever seen
KUDOS on
the head choice - perfect - gets away from the "ben grimm eyebrows" chunky redskull
paint job - quality - particularly the very realistic "peeled face look"
ganglyness- seen too many buff redskulls - this is a refreshing take on the character
turning Prof X's suit into a nazi uniform (Swatikas are really hard to draw freehand I found)

Thanks everyone for the kind words. Yeah, I noticed that it was alittle long, but I just sent it out to my customer. And yeah I loved this head, once I saw it, I said "THAT IS IT!" and I saw extremely happy it was pretty easy to modify. A few cuts with a Xacto blade and few spins of demel and bam!

Beautiful work I love it. However the neck does seem a bit long I would try and shorten it a tad. But other wise it is one of the best to date I love the face it has the freshly peeled skin feel I love it

Excellent Red Skull man. Gotta Love the SS Uniform! You did a great job with the pants, and translating the Prof X suit into a uniform. Well done friend I bet it was fun making!! See why couldn't my friend have wanted THIS uniform?! why why why?!
