GDAY everyone,
Well I’ve done a lot of Chris Reeve Superman figures and I know maybe it’s getting boring but not for me. I think I have found a reasonable recipe with this base .Mainly because it’s almost in proportion compared to the DCUC figures , and it has better proportion than my previous JLA DC Direct Alex Ross Body . Ideally the figure itself is amazingly nice even the boot tops are a match to the Superman Movie style boots. The S SHIELD is a replacement , but the original one was a close match too - I just like the movie S better .I added the usual cloth cape made from ironically bright red undies. , and the usual new krypton head & hands which resemble Reeve quite remarkably. Overall , I am 100% satisfied with how this turned out . The blue was repainted slightly darker than the original blue because it was too bright and toy like. I’ve actually really had a fun time with this because there wasn’t much work involved and it turned out accurate except the belt is a little too wide but I am not fussed. I hope you guys out there enjoy this one and I just want to say thanks for taking a squiz, and definitely try this with the History Of The DC Universe Superman it’s worth it -
