this is my Own Concept Iron Man Armor based on many of is armors used within the years.
I used a McFarlene toys CYBER UNITS ,Battle unit 001 figure
scultped the chest ,face,and lower legs with some putty and painted the figure with acrylic paint.
and finaly a gloss varnish and voila a new prototype armor iron man.
Been working on this guy fro the last 6 weeks.
I changed is armor and colors about 6 times ,I'm a bit like tony ill never be happy with the end result of my armors
he went from spray paint gold and red, to a yellow and silver and red hand paint, to a gold and silver (ultimate look), a black and gold hand paint, to a all black look(stealth), and finaly the look from the pics.and is armor went from a simple retouch of the Battle Unit armor. to a over the top ,using every bit of stuff I can find to make him armor, to a simple epoxy sculpt of the face, to a resculpted legs version, to a re sculpted again face, and to finaly the end result of the pics wich is the best result of all
