After Ultron Mark 3 was defeated by the the Avengers, Tony Stark had stored the remains away at one of his many labs.
Unaware by the Avengers that Ultron had converted aa automated factory to reproduce himself in the event that he was destroyed yet again. After having been reproduced with upgrades, Ultron Mark 4 set about to recover the remains of the Mark 3 and rebuild him in yet another scheme to take over the would through mechanical automatons!

On this upgrade I used the lower legs of HOM Wolverine as I thought they looked good and I angled the antennaes to change his appearance.

Sorry I have Ultron fever, I've had these heads and didn't have torsos. I may yet do 2 more at a later date, but for now I am done. Felling that I have done justice to my favorite evil robot I am finally satisfied!
