I always wanted to make a buff Red Skull out of the Major Maxim figure, but could never find a head big enough. Finally, I had a happy accident and broke the head off of my skeleton bottle opener and realized the head would fit pretty good. I attached the head with green stuff, which I sculpted to look like his scarf/ascot and painted it green. I had at one point decided to make Bloodaxe with this base, so I had to undo some old sculpt and reattach the bottom of the coat and repaint the armband. I just noticed I forgot to paint the pupils! This one is for my personal Red Skull collection so I'll fix it eventually....
