The cape is from a Batman Begins figure, I just used some material to make the cape look like it had creases in it (around the neck).

I love your whole bat-line. this figure is really freakin good man. the paint aps are perfect, and I gotta say I love the capes. I wanna make a fig with a cloth cape now. are they difficult? in that I mean what do you do. but very good job on this and the whole bat family, love it.
