Hey all
A bit of a change for me here, this guy started as a fodder throw together but soon became an obsession. He's made entirely from fodder pieces I have received from random fodder trades. It's not intended to be accurate, more just my take on wolverine. The base was a bit of a state when I first started and it took a lot to get it cleaned up, soaked in white/mineral spirits for a day then a ton of elbow grease to get the awful paint off. then onto the actual customizing part. I really enjoyed working on Wolvie here and trying out some new methods and techniques. Anyhoo onto the recipe.

Recipe:
Masked Head = ML3 Wolverine - magnet inside.
Unmasked head = AOA Sabertooth - resculpted hair - magnet inside.
Torso = AOA Wolverine - Bolt in neck hole to attract magnets - resculpted neck.
Markings on torso = Foam
Arms = Stealth Wolverine - resculpted lower left and added magnet in left too.
Hands = Stealth Wolverine - magnet in each hand and a screw in the left to attach to the magnet in the arm.
Hand stump = sculpted over a LOTR elf hand with a screw for attaching.
Claws = made from hair pins (bobby pins) with sculpted sheaths.
Upper legs = AOA Wolverine
Lower legs = unknown fodder with extensions made from aves fixit.
Boots = XMC Wolverine, the on that came with a car.
Paints = Games Workshop and Plasticote Projekt paint Chrome for the claws, sealed with Games Workshop Satin Varnish.

As always, thanks to everyone in the custom workstation for their pointers and encouragement. This one has made me want to tackle some other super heroes and it really was a welcome change from MOTU but for now, back to Roboto. Thanks for looking!!
