Sorry people.
The Base is Lady Deathstrike and the head is Psylocke.
Just a repaint on the torso and head, dremmel out the hat thing and ta da.
thanks for the comments people and I'll try to be a bit more descriptive, It's just when you've put it all together it still looks to me a bit like deathstrike with a psylocke head jammed on.
To be honest the head itself isn't too bad, it's the hair placement and make up that give her that squashed look.

I think it looks like a Psylocke head, and I'm baffled because I think that head is pretty bad looking, and on this figure it actually looks good.
But Ghostbuster, you need to make more descriptive descriptions. Even if it's just a simple list of what figures the parts came from and what you maybe sculpted yourself.
A lot of people look at other people's customs for inspiration, but it doesn't help much if they don't know how result in question was accomplished.
But this is a great custom BTW. You are really good at painting skin!

Nope it isnt self explanatory other than you took her white vest off for bare booby action and swapped the head
