Continuing with my Arkham City series, here is the Penguin.

I love this game's take on Penguin: a thuggish, English-raised Gotham society native reject-turned-gangster. It's FAN-tastic! So Wolverine had serious surgery to his head, adding baldness and hair along the crown, a monacle, and some serious cheek action. Next, he had about 100 lbs of Aves added to his torso, sculpted as well-atired fatman in a vest and neck ascot. His arms were sculpted to appear clothed in the jacket sleeves as opposed to bare arms, and the coat is from a Sabertooth, cut to be short enough. it hangs loose but makes him look shorter and stouter, I think.

His hat was made from spare parts from the remains of the coat trim, basically cut and shaped into the hat. He doesn't have it in the game, but the Penguin needs his ghetto-fabulous tophat.

The umbrella gun is a G.I. Joe assault rifle with some cloth twisted and glued at both ends. Looks cool as an umbrella and as a gun. It doesn't open. I'm working on one that does!
