Well done. I like the look better that way. Now you need a transparent body with a visiable skelton for him to grab hold of.
I was thinking blight from batman beyond would be perfect for that!

I think they did it to represent when he hunches down and uses his electrical attack.
Very good call on go over the hair sections. It looks very clean and precise!

Great paint job. I have to admit though, I'm curious why they even made a translucent Blanka in the first place. I don't recall him being translucent in the game.
