I saw this at kb and knew who to make instantly.
taking paulie and the announcer from rocky I head swapped and added sculpie to his head and glued a pistol on his belt and made a cheap prison tatto on his hand

not bad --easy and likable

That's what I thought at first, but I really think this is a different character... something from some movie rather than the comic book Hammerhead.

Hammerhead is an old Spidey villain. Basically a mob boss.
Good use of peg warmers and nice selection of obscure character!
