Removed the cape, carved the Red lantern logo on the chest, I used glow in the dark paint to outline the chest logo and filled it in with black, mixed some paints to created the shade of red color and painted the hood, gloves, boots and eyes with it. The final step was to made a cape out of vinyl, and painted in red.
I don't know much about this character. Don't know if he would fit in the RL but there was a point in DC online video game where you had to fight him. Great work! Love seeing your Lantern customs!
The concept is cool and the paintwork looks great. However, a meaner face would look better. He just comes off as looking too peaceful for a blood spewing Red Lantern.
