I have always been a fan of the Phantom Rider character, but in appearance he reminded me of a primative Moon Knight, so I decided to make him in the Billie the Kid era costume. I used a Jonah Hex figure for the base and added a Moon Knight head, paint was a black base coat followed by a white dry brush, comments welcomed and appretiated, God Bless
