This is snowtrooper from Episode3. They only appear for 3-5 second. Hasbro still didn't come out with the figure yet. I saw a similar one like this. I used three figures to complete this figure. I painted it with a dark rose colour because i couldn't get a marrow colour in market. My figure took me almost 3 weeks to finish because this is my very first custom made figure i ever did. Hope you'll like it.
