I have been customising characters from 1986 series of Gi Joes. Here is Sgt Slaughter.

Head & whistle - Not sure, maybe, SDS/BrokenArrow toys, got it in a trade.
Torso, arms, hands & vest - Roc Night Adder
Legs - Poc Arctic Destro

Great idea using the Night Adder for him, it definitely says Sgt. Slaughter with its build. Great work!
