This was a great figure to begin with, but the lack of head movement needed to change (thanks jin for the tutorial!). I cut out the button on venoms back, collar bone and upper back and attached a ML neck, I resculpted the rest of his collar bone and upper back that I removed and then added an absorbing man head. I dremeled away absorbing man's mouth and resulped his teeth, attached venoms rubber mask and sculpted parts of the symbiote over his face and the mask to fit. I made his tongue removable so I can be posed up or down, then painted it black with a blue dry bush top coat.
