Loving the new Scarlet Spider design by Ryan Stegman!
Plus the new developments for Kaine spinning out of Grim Hunt and Spider-Island really put him back on the map for me. Well, without spoiling anything huge, Kaine was cured of his condition(s), stole the Big-Time Spidey suit, and took off for Texas to start out as the new Scarlet Spider. Unlike Ben Reilly and Peter Parker, he doesn't have any good implanted memories and has led a pretty terrible life so he's a much more brutal Spider-Man.
I made this guy using a Tarantula (to reduce joint rub) and a modded a Rulk wave Black Spidey head to fit. I added in a forearm twist on one arm and spruced it up with some metallic paint. Those Spidey emblems are a real pain!
Damn man, I feel like a kid running around in a candy store! I see one and I'm like "I want it" and then I see the next and I'm like "oooh I want that one." I mentioned that I initially found this site through your Miles Morales custom. I'm glad to see that you're still doing Spidey and still doing it like only you can. This is yet another one of your masterpieces. AWESOME and totally wish I had it!
this is so spectacular and love the design and execution, I would say the spider symbols are a pain. but you make them look like a professional artist proof. keep up the great work, but I assume you will, great job.
Absolutely awesome custom! I'm loving the new design! Thanks for the backstory too,I had no idea! I'm glad there's a meaner,darker,spidey out there,it's about time!
