This has been sitting on my work bench SOOOOOO long. It was actually the very first figure I started for customcon. The reason it took so long was that once I finished the main assembly, I started with the Face Off wolvie legs and they looked bad (too long). So Just put it off untill I figured out what I wanted to do. After I assembled it as seen in the wip I was very happy and think its my vision of a perfectly proportioned and cool looking wolvie to finish off my customcon X team.

RECIPE:
~ML Silver Wolverine Head (resculpted in side to fit on FO neck) and Upper legs (ball joint and all)
~Face off wolvie arms, torso, and crothch
~Lower legs and boots from old XMC tiger stripe wolvie (may have lost toe articilation, but IMO they are the best wolvie boots around.)
~Sculpted belt buckle, and had to sculpt a little on the upper shins by the knees.
~Steel claws made from thick sailor needles (not exactly Jim Lee Style, but I like dthe look back when I seen Jin use them and I thought I would give it a shot)
~Hand painted with some orangish shading

Yeh, thats what is says in the recipe... they are called "Sailor Sail Needles" or "repair needles" here is the pack (had to buy 6 just to get the one needle from each) they say repair needles but are universally know as Sail Needles or Sailor needles

Pun.. good observation. Kyle you could just sculpt alittle down on the pads. Other than that, awesome work.

This looks very cool... your skills are as always unparalleled, but the part where the arms meet the torso looks off. The yellow seems too close in color to the flesh of the arms and they kind of blend in together. Is there something you can do to separate the two? In the comics, the blue shoulder extensions are bigger and come down further to create that barrier, that distinction. I hope that makes sense.
Tops custom otherwise.
