well ive seen this done before and its very simple just a ml wasp sculted head or swap head and re[paint

so ml wasp
sculpt head
paint zip on body
paint black arms and hand
paint head etc

oh and a pain in back side was wasps wings, the metal joints anoyed the heck outta me as they were hard to cut so i sculpted a thief backpack on her back and it looks great
