Man, the paint job alone warrants great appreciation. Awesome effects. I can't tell what was done with the arms but this is one heck of a custom! What head did you use? It looks fantastic bro. I'm glad to see more posts from you. Your Joe customs are impeccable. Would love some more breakdowns of parts you use. Noone has a more complete line of 6" G.I. Joes.

It looks cool as a stand-alone thing, but it looks nothing like the Cyborg Ninja from any of the Metal Gears at all. The paint apps are all wrong, and it's a lot different sculpt wise. But nonetheless cool.
With the exception of the head we were going for a different version all together. We have 4 alternate cyborg ninja customs. We will post another one we made using a simple recipe tomorrow. Thanks for looking
No, he has a sword too. Um, did you even sculpt his arms? It looks like you just gave him 2 upper-right arms. What exactly was sculpted? Did you paint it?
@BDCDiesel: If you look closely, you can tell which side the thumb is on for the arms. They're not both right arms. But I can't tell if any of the others are true or not.
@Ryuscrew BDC never said that they were two right arms he said to UPPER right arms like the bicep and elbow section(which is what was done its not resculpted) and no BDC it appears nothin was painted and the backpack actually pops off so I'm not sure if thats resculpted
