In Hell, cruel and unusual punishment is a way of life, or afterlife, for that matter. Many methods of torture are implemented to carry out this restitution for the wicked. One such method comes in the form of a combat tournament before an audience of one: Mephisto.

For a second chance at life, the damned combatants tear one another to shreds. Mephisto looks on in delight as his prisoners struggle to advance in the tourney. As his cruel design would have it, however, their violent efforts are in vain.

After 1,000 rounds of grueling brutality, a combatant must then defeat Omnipotens. Never mentioned by name, he is fearfully referred to as "His Hands" amongst Hell's denizens. The four armed brute stands as the undefeated Champion of Hell. Every unfortunate soul that has crossed him has been relegated to the "Killing Fields" following a painful defeat. Worldly conquerers from Pizarro to Hitler have fallen before "His Hands," but his thirst for evil souls is never satisfied...
