I have been working on this one for a minute...
So for Xmas i made all the avengers in 1/6 scale for a friend, he didn't think the hulk was tall enough and i agreed. If you would agree with me and my friend the marvel legends icons hulk was not tall enough (under 12 inches) and his upper body was kinda of stumpy, not proportioned to his lower body at all. His head especially was kind of bunk. So with the help of Onyx Sons Casting... He casted me a new head for the Hulk and it is awesome!!! Now he stands over 13 inches tall, looks the way he should and me and my friend are finally happy!
Recipe:
I took the ML Icons hulk and seperated his upper body from above his belt line.
Added 1 inch of sculpt, molded muscles(more abs and back muscles) and texturized using "orange peel spray texture" to give the same consistency as manufactured skin.
Re-attached upper body with re-enforced pins to hold sculpt and both sections of body together. So it never seperates regardless of weight or if your little brother rough-houses with him!
Attached New casted Onyx Sons original HULK head.
Mixed my own shade of green and purple, and painted it.

Without modification he is 12" inches tall roughly... I added 2" inches to increase his height

I absolutely love the mods on this fig, you have totally improved a regretable fig IMO. when I first saw it I didn't even know if I wanted it, but wound up getting it. had it looked like yours I would have a virtual hulk army. totally epic and stellar, great job.

I like the body and the way you fixed the torso and think it would be perfect for the movie style HULK which in the second Hulk movie looked leaner and meaner instead of the bigger/wider and "gentle" looking one of the first movie. I don't like the ab section anyways on the Icon Hulk and your placement of it looks better than where it was. I took apart and reset the one I had recently customized and just got rid of the joint altogether since it wasn't going to serve any purpose but look like a separation gap there. The rotocast movie hulk head was a pretty good one(but looked more like Eric Bana). I wish they would've used purple pants in the movie also and like your choice of color. I just don't like the blue jeans on the HULK and that's just my own take on it. When I was a kid I used to get so mad cause on the TV Hulk show I was like "WHERE IS THE HULK'S PURPLE PANTS!!!???" Great job, keep them coming! I love all Hulk related figures!
