Recipe:

Head - Original Thundercats Panthro
Body - Hawkman DC Direct
Nunchaku - Ninja Strike Wolverine

How I made:

Came across a loose Hawkman at Kobey's Swap Meet. I saw the potential it could be for a Panthro, after scheming on what head to use...I decided that the original head would be the best bet, and ironically it fit the body type dead on...I decapitated Panthro and the head connects to neck via magnets.

The spikes were pieces of Iron Man's Rubber Fire Bursts, cut and carefully double super-glued to his straps so they are rock steady. I know he's supposed to have overalls to be fully classic, but the way they were situated looked to me like a Savage Version of Panthro or maybe an alternate outfit...so I went with it and took a couple liberties with his costume.

Hand Painted the Thundercats Symbol. I even painted some fangs in his mouth if you look closely. I mixed a lot of paints to get slightly different tones of grey and blue. The Nunchakus were made from sculpting pieces of Warhammer Space Wolves bits to simulate the claw tips.
