A while back I wanted to start to make an X-force team. I started with a Warpath then when I went to make my Wolverine I ran into so many problems I just but the whole team on the back burner. But now I am going to take another crack at it. I decided to start with Domino. To be honest I was never a big fan of Domino then I read the Sex and Violence storyline and I really started to like the character. In the story she was portrayed as a sexy spy/assassin type and I really wanted these qualities to show in my custom. In terms of base figures there is none sexier than the Black widow so I started there. But I wanted a head that resembled the look she had in the comics. It was hard to find a female head that had the short spikey hair and a pretty face. But after a long search I found the Critical Mass figure from the Rising Stars line and I think it works. Actually this head would work well for a Lady Jaye custom too, I might try to make it one day or if anyone wants to take a shot be my guest. In the comics she had lots of straps and buckles so I used the X-23 shins that had lots of these. And the movie Daredevil boots has plenty of straps too, works surprisingly well for her. And lastly I thought it only fitting if I gave her a sniper rifle for those covert assassin missions.

On a side note this is my first female custom. I had a really hard time painting her make-up. I must of painted her face a dozen times. At first she kept coming out looking like a sad puppy with the eye tattoo, but eventually after studying some fashion magazines I think I got her to look sort of sexy. I have to give kudos to all the customizers who make awesome female customs. You have my utmost respect. And special thanks to gearseffect for getting me the base figure.
