I made this custom cause i loved the Sir Justine Shining Knight character in the Justice League Unlimited cartoon series, i couldnt get his chest emblem correct, so i left it out. Also i couldnt find a good piece of fodder to use as his helmet. Most of this custom uses parts from Dr Midnite , lower legs from GL John Stewart. Head and hands are from GA Starman.
