Penance was created by using a ML Captain Marvel figure. I shaved down the head and removed the forearms. Added S.Surfer's forearms ( no modding necessary). The rest was hand sculpted with FixIt Sculpt.Paint was Citadel Red Gore, Blood Red, Chainmail, Chaos Black and Brushing Gold on the belts. His Kinetic bursts were made by using a Ghost Rider Blackheart Missile accessory and removing the long plasma ends. They were cut, shaved and glue to shape. They even fit into each other to make one larger burst.
