To complete the GCPD ranks! This Harvey Bullock figure was made using the Mad Eye Moody figure from the Harry Potter NECA collection and a Festus head. The donuts and hat were made with apoxye.

I wouldn't part with this one, since the figures to customize are kind of hard to come by in Ecuador where I live, so I have to create with the figures I already find here.
