yeah it looks like Non. If you took a Chancellor Velorum from Star Wars Phantom Menace, and made him up like Zod, standing next to this guy it would give you both and they would look right. I had thought about doing that. Also When I think of making Ursa, the Original Scarlet GI Joe with short hair comes to mind. Of coarse we have scale to other figures to consider, but if the big one is Non it works out.
