A repaint of a Marvel Select Hulk. I did modify the pants by cutting them from the knees and raising them up above the knee joint. I primed it and basecoated it with yellow and just went from there using paints from my extensive arsenal of liquid colors! This thing is really bright and I just took photos with the flash on the camera to show all the details. I like bold muscle definition if you guys didn't already know...lol! Well, thanks to my Lord and God bless you all.
Love what you did with this MS Hulk! and abomination too. One of your best, it deserves a 2nd look, more like 20th look actually. But my fave is still your transforming one.
geeeeeeeeeeeeeez this has to be my favorite paint job from you ever brother! your skillz are unmatched duder,THIS is the hulk I have always wanted, awesome in every way
thanks OJJ! it's all about laying down all the right hot licks on these things. you have to prime it someway or another and that doesn't mean always just spraying black, white or gray down. Wash it, this time I primed it with PLAID PAINT for PLASTIC PRIMER. It is specially formulated to add adhesion to flexible plastics. Then I put my basecoat of yellow over the existing green factory color and it worked great! Then just went from there, drybrushing and ended up with some airbrushed shades over hand detailing. This thing is bright!
you gotta be kidding me! I'm honored you think so...but I can name 10 better than me right off the top of my head and in no particular order... Jessecuster, customiza, Loosecollector, raybot, jin saotome, pulpy fiction, stevid, horton's heroes, Hammer of the gods and of course DPD of BOSKOES!!! and there is plenty more ahead of me, I just named 10 off the top of my head
Nice! I've never liked the sculpt on the MS Hulk, but it looks like you brought some life to it. Also, VERY nice job on the MS Abomination repaint! He's fun to work with, no?
I painted that Abomination when he first came out and never did take any photos. he does have a lot of texture to play with. He does make a good A-BOMB too, needs some work just besides a repaint
