Here's another headswap that anyone can easily do.
The Red Skull head is from the Marvel Legends face off figure.
Body is from Officer Kroenen from the Hellboy figures.
No painting was done, just molded the neck and head onto the body.
Kroenen figure came with the gun and interchangeable hands with blades.

I took photos with Marvel Select Captain America and Marvel Select Dr. Doom. I made this a year before the Marvel Select movie version Red Skull figure came out. Funny thing is, it turned out to be the exact same height as that one which I wasn't expecting. But I don't have a picture of them together.
