RADIOACTIVE MAN, with the look of the new animated Marvel Avengers.
Base: Hulkling with the helmet of the Jugger XMC, all modified with epoxy. The energy coming through the viewfinder of the helmet was made with plastic blister. Painting with matte vinylic paints.
