Hi Realmers!
Here's my second take at making a Green Lantern Maxx.
I love customizing this figure. Mainly because I love Sam Keith's art and I feel this figure perfectly captures his art in 3D.
I gave the entire figure a complete repaint using a lot of dry-brushing and TLC. The purple part of his head is the only part I did not repaint. I sculpted his ring using Aves Apoxie and added a green rhinestone to it. I detailed the figure with a lot of water-slide decal Green Lantern logos.
I'm very happy with the way he turned out. I believe he's a massive improvement when compared to my first version of GL Maxx.
I initially started customizing this figure to sell him online, but after seeing the final product, I couldn't let him go. I decided to keep this dude in my collection. He took longer to complete then I had first anticipated, but I feel it was worth all the time and effort.

Oh awesome he has the head dress and everything! Still love this concept, but now I am stunned by the meticulous detail that went into painting him, sharp clean lines, smooth paint application, incredible sculpting (love the ring on the claw btw), all and all this is freaking amazing!
