Head: Mr. Fantastic
Lower body: XMC Sabretooth
Jacket: NECA Spirit
Bullet-proof Vest: Winter Soldier
Hat: Unknown
Watch: Sculpted
Pip Boy (arm computer): Sculpted
Glasses: Fodder/sculpted
Beard: Sculpted
Cigar: Wire Tie
Shirt Collar: Sculpted
Rolled Sleeves: Sculpted
Belt: Sinister Cape
Guns: Fodder

I shortened the legs at the top of the boot to bring them back to realistic proportions. I also shortened the waist a bit before connecting it to the upper body.
