Dr. Warren Worthington inventor of the flying harness, steam powered with augmenters attached to his hand he can control the flapping or gliding the same as a bird. His Coat is made in such a way as to act as a tail. This is the age of steam and iron!

Made from a Blackheart (Ghost Rider movie) figure the rest was just pieces and parts. The wings still retain their articulation.
