Lord Macross, or "Mac" as he is affectionately known by Lantern Gardner is a common sight at "Warriors" on Oa. Made king of the giant race of the planet Ethros, Macross speaks softly, is slow to act, but not afraid of carrying (and using) a BIG stick. Macross is the pure blooded blue giant offspring of King Bagra and queen Sarii. Earning the emnity of his mixed-race elder half-brother, Macross was chosen at the age of 3000 to succeed their father as king. Later inducted into the green lantern corps, Macross has had to put down several attempts by his elder brother to usurp his throne. Most recently his brother, Solaar, was inducted into the Sinesrto Corps. During the Sinestro Corps war there were several epic clashes between "The Thousand Year Lantern" (as Macross is sometimes known) and his evil half-brother. Ethros fun fact: Becaus ethe gaint race of Ethros is so long lived, Macross will often be away form home for decades at a time, yet is not percieved by his people as shirking the responsibilities of his throne. The average Ethros will live well past 7000-8000 years old giving them an unusally long veiw of events. The figure (like his brother) was made from a 12" Hal Jordan" with sculpy for the beard, a repaint as necessary, foamy armor, with a felt cape. Please wait... |

Does the 12" Hal have the same articulation as the standard 6" DCUC figs?
As for articulation, the 12" only has 10 POA so it's somewhat more limited than the 6" figures but still can get some decent poses out of it.
