From the latest episode of Clone Wars, Darth Maul. His spider-like appearance was pretty awesome to me so I went to work right away.

I used a Scarlet spider for the body, with an Archangel head, and tooth picks for horns. The robo body is made from a ton of scraps. Mostly Xevoz limbs and gi-joe accessories.

The paint job was my favorite part. Hand painting those tattoos was the hardest part. The robot parts were drybrushed silver, and then inked brown.
