It is paint, I applied it with a toothpick. I was thinking I may try and make it (the bat) a little bigger, fuller like the Miller-Dark Knight.

This looks pretty good, the one thing that I'd change would be the symbol on his chest, how did you apply it? is it paint, sharpie, or decal?
