This is one of my first custom figures, and still one of my favorites thus far. I've always liked the Astonishing Cyclops costume, but didn't like how small the HML Astonishing Cyclops was, so I tried to make one myself. The main torso is a DCUC Black Hand with the black lantern symbol removed and the cape peg hole filled in, and the Black Hand torso came in handy with painting the gold lines on Cyclops' costume. The waist, belt and upper legs are from a DCUC Jemm, and the lower legs are from DCUC Blue Beetle. The head and the feet from ML Series 10 Cyclops. Another good thing about the Black Hand torso is that the older Marvel Legends biceps like series 10 Angel's fit the Black Hand shoulder pegs perfectly. I did a little sculpting with the bands on the wrist and ankles. After that he was ready for paint.
