This is Super Power aka Mark Antaeus aka Super Mark. He used to be newest member of the JLA. But mark is corrupted by his rage which result in killed himself in action. I love this character, so made him out of:
Head and upper body: Armor Rhyno,
Lower body: DCUC Mr. Freeze

I modified his lower armor with insignia SM (Super mark) because he idolized Superman. I hoe you like it. Enjoy.

The story line for this character was well written, especially on how "some of us look up to those heroes that are admired but wish to act just like them"...given of course the wrong results. Your custom is awesome!

Looks Cool Never heard of him before, sounds like he could have been a cool character. They should have kept him around longer.
