This figure was the first custom that I started, and it took a while to do, but here's my comic/movie Bane mix. I took the Neca Army of Two Rios upper body, painted over the skin, red parts, and the mask. I sanded down the shoulder armor and painted skin. The legs are Neca Chris Redfield's painted black. Hacked my turban spawn's lower torso off to attach the two. The venom tank is Grayson Hunt's and the grenade bandolier is a Halo Spartan's.
