WOW its been so long, but I think I used screws and screwed them into the shoulder peg and used Apoxie to secure it from the inside of the torso. also you have to dremel the inside of the socket where the shoulder goes into, those shoulders are huge.

Ah right gotcha. I have been experimenting with the soft rubber pieces from inside the WWE figure joints (specifically the ab crunch), these increase friction and prevent loose joints. I glued them into the arm socket, and now I will try to use milliput around them to fix it in place.
Cheers for the tips, and yeah I've dremmelled the shoulder sockets, and now they look nice and natural!
