Chose this figure to work with because, of all the Spidey figs out there, this one had the physique that most resembled an athletic teenager - which is how Spidey is portrayed. Plus, they made the eyes really nice on this one.
Airbrushed the figure completely in silver chrome. Sealed the chrome with gloss nail polish. Once dried, colored in all the spaces between the webs in matte black acrylic, giving the silver webs a nice contrast. Even though the paint application was very time consuming, it was good practice, and made painting the next project seem easier.
