I've noticed on a lot of your female characters you take the time to sculpt the hair in a hundred little parts each strand or group of the hair comes together at the end and gives them a very stylized look. Where most other sculptures I've seen lay down one 'chunk' for the hair and carve out the lines to look like strands. The over all affect you have going for your style though is very visually satisfying. I'd say keep it up, even if it is probably really time consuming, because it looks great and it shows.
