This Rhino is based on the recent appearance in the Civil War series, where he gets his hide whoop'd by the Punisher. No fair, the Punisher used the "Satan's Claw". The drawing of the Rhino's expression in the comic, as he's defeated, is priceless - just had to make one.
The chest armor and toes for this figure were re-sculpted, as with the head and horn. Chose this WWE figure head because of the gap between his front teeth - which coincidentally looked like the Rhino! Provided a swivel neck underneath to allow for movement. Rearranged the pads around on the Hulk Buster fig to make shin guards, and borrowed the shoulder pads from a Beetle fig. Multiple layers of shading for extra detail definition - first layer dark, gradually lighter. Rough dry brush to get that armor look. Acrylic finish.
