I never cared much for Speed Demon in the Spider-Man issues he appeared in, but now when I've taken out reference pictures of him and worked on this figure, I've started likeing him more. It's a pretty simple figure, using a Bullseye body and a Cyclops head. I looked at my reference pictures a lot when painting the figure (which by the way was a tiresome process that took a lot of time), and when I painted the final yellow lines I didn't actually have the pictures on my computer, and it's not until now I see them and see that I didn't do it correctly (the yellow on his chest). I remembered it wrong, so what? I have realized that I'm completley obsessed with making my customs look as much like they do in the comic books as possible. But little details don't matter, right? The best part was when I tested a black marker on the figure (the lines around the yellow) which had an awesome effect and lifted the figure's overall look. Not my best work but I think it's still pretty good! ![]() |

Nice to see you back as well.
I can't post as many customs now, since school started, but I'll try to get some in soon.
