This is a custom for a Captain America collector in the Philippines.
The following is the recipe:

Head - Bullseye (I always thought this head was perfect for the character)
Body - Panther (Black color and musculature gave it away)
Gloves - ML Cyke
Boots - Wonderman
Shield - ML8 Cap

Entire project took 1 working session. Thank you very much for looking guys!
