This is an idea a friend of mine gave me. I based his skin off of Abe Sapien from the Hellboy movies. I used a NECA stealth Berzerker upper torso, arms, belt/thigh armor, and right hand. I used a NECA City Hunter head, left hand, lower legs and armor, and a NECA P1 set of feet.
Brief Bio I wrote up :
Aquatic Hunter Predator - As the Ice Melts on earth, More Marine life becomes abundant, leading to more thrilling and challenging hunts. The Aquatic Hunter hunts all forms of life on earth, but enjoys the thrill of underwater hunting. With the addition of a second net gun on his guantlet, and a retractable glaive, he will make quick work of his prey.
We need more concepts like this in the predator franchise. Why keep them in the jungle when they could in harsh artic climates, fighting alien wooly mammoths n' s**t. It'd be friggin' awesome!
Cyclone your predators are works of art! I want to make my own version of this predator I love this one so much! Did you paint it by hand or use a airbrush?
Also do you have any tips on how to swap the heads of wave3~1 Neca preds with newer waves??
Thanks a lot kirkieball. I painted this one, and all of them, by hand. I've actually never experimented with an air brush. If you'd like to swap the heads, just heat their necks up with a hair dryer or hot water. You can swap heads, remove or add armor, switch hands, forearms, torsos, lower legs, etc... NECA should make a "Build a Predator" kit.
