Thanks to everyone for the comments is true is not really a costum unfortunately here in Italy is very difficult to find material for the costum of action figures indeed to tell the truth is really hard to find the marvel legends action figures and action figures and dcuc transformers and manga. in fact my whole collection is the result of a long search on http://www.ebay.com and the internet in general because I buy almost everything outside of Italy seen here from me is very difficult to find these objects

No, it´s not. Technically, this head swap would be called kitbashing, I think. But it is a good start, to have the eye to choose which parts would fit where, and eventually, improve the figure. This was a good head choice indeed. Funny cause I posted very recently a batman custom using this same body, but with another sculpted head, cowl, and a new paint job. I think that would make a whole customizing process. But this is a nice kitbash, anyways. Keep it up..
